Starting May 1st-May 7th, we will be doing the TeamCan Smoothie Challenge. πͺπΎππΎππΎπ
So through your normal day you will have to replace your BREAKFAST & DINNER with a smoothie.
Please eat a clean meal for lunchπ ππ₯¦ππ₯
How to win two free weeks of training!?
You have to sign up and complete to entirety.
1. You have to take a picture of your smoothie.
2. Post your smoothie on IG or FB (social media)
3. Tag @teamcanfitness and put #TeamCanSmoothieWeek
If you can complete these rules for all 7 days
you will win 2 FREE weeks of training with
TeamCan Fitness.
Yes you have to post both smoothies per day.
